Our approach to bush harvesting is guided by a deep respect for Africa’s unique biodiversity. Every collection ensures that the trees, surrounding vegetation, and delicate ecosystems remain as undisturbed as possible.
A portion of the seed pods is always left for the birds and wildlife that depend on them. This careful balance helps preserve the natural ecosystem while supporting the regeneration and long-term health of each plant species.
We work in partnership with communities in some of the most remote regions of Zimbabwe, where generations of families live on the land and depend on its natural resources for their livelihoods.
By sourcing directly from these communities, we ensure that every seed is harvested with care, preserving the exceptional quality and purity of our ingredients from their origin. As well as creating economic benefits, this practice helps to encourage the sustainable stewardship of the natural landscape.
